Is there a free trial period?
There is no trial period because there is nothing to trial. The full product is free, always.
What happens if I stop using Sinaas?
There is no contract, no cancellation fee. Simply stop using the app. Transactional and financial data is retained in line with applicable local laws — which can be up to 7 years in many jurisdictions for accounting and tax purposes. If your account has had no transactions, we can fully delete your data on request. Your restaurant profile and settings can be removed at any time.
Are there limits on the free plan?
No artificial limits. You can add unlimited menu items, accept unlimited orders, and add multiple branches on the free plan.
