2. The service

Sinaas provides a restaurant management platform comprising the Dashboard, Web Ordering, Cashier, Kitchen, and Order Status applications. The platform is provided free of charge. Payment gateway services for card and online payments are subject to the terms of our payment gateway partners.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with the platform
  • Resell or sublicense the platform without written permission
  • Use the platform to process orders for illegal goods or services

5. Payment processing and platform fees

Card and online payments are processed by our payment gateway partners. By using payment features, you agree to the applicable payment gateway's Terms of Service. Sinaas is not responsible for payment processing errors or disputes handled by payment gateway partners. Payment gateway fees are charged at the rates applicable in your country.

By using the Sinaas platform, you acknowledge and agree that platform fees may apply to transactions processed through the platform. The applicable fees are set out on the Sinaas pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform following any fee update constitutes acceptance of the revised fees. Platform fees are separate from and in addition to any payment gateway fees charged by our payment gateway partners.

6. Intellectual property

The Sinaas platform, including all software, design, and content, is owned by Sinaas B.V. You retain ownership of your restaurant data, menu content, and business information. You grant Sinaas a licence to host and process this data solely to provide the service.
